Over The Rainbow Association

Over the Rainbow Association (“OTR”) is an Illinois not-for-profit whose mission is to provide affordable, accessible housing options for low income adults who depend on wheelchairs for mobility or are not totally mobile. It is their goal to provide these mobility impaired adults with housing alternatives where they can direct their own care and live independently. Chaney was awarded web projects, annual reports, and various fundraising appeals including "Celebration" concerts, their major annual fundraising event.
