Customer Support Specialist - Neurology/Sleep
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Two-year degree EEG/EP or polysomnography technology. Registration preferred. Bachelor's Degree desirable. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in digital EEG and/or sleep diagnostic systems. Knowledge of epilepsy would be ideal. Any clinical experience with Bio-logic's systems is a plus. Previous phone support in a medical or technical environment helpful.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Strong working knowledge of PCs and their operating systems. Ability to learn technical material as it relates to diagnostic systems for medical applications. Above average interpersonal skills with an emphasis on listening skills. Work well in a team environment. Willing and able to travel by car and by air.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive calls from customers utilizing Bio-logic systems who have inquiries or product performance issues. Troubleshoot issues with customers to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. Provide training on company products. May perform field installations at customer site.
