Customer Support Specialist - Audiology

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
M.S in Audiology. Two or more years clinical experience with a minimum of two years technical experience with Bio-logic’s equipment. Must have working knowledge of PCs and their operating systems.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Good technical and interpersonal skills. Must be able to listen and communicate effectively. Be able to travel.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical and applications support by handling customer inquiries and problems. Provides customer input to the marketing department. Participate in demonstrations, tradeshows and seminars. Conduct in house or field training for customers.
